It's All In My Head
03:10
|

I wonder what you’re thinking,
A penny for your thoughts if you’d spare a dime.
It’s strange that I’ve just met you,
‘cause you just can’t seem to leave my mind.
I wonder how you’re feeling,
And would you be upset if I took your hand.
We haven’t even spoken,
But I’m sure that you would understand
I know it sounds crazy but just hear me out.
I wonder if you’re lonely,
I think you’ve got a job, bet it’s really nice.
You’re looking very friendly,
But I wouldn’t dare to break the ice.
It’s all a dream to me,
It’s all in my head,
It’s all in my head.
I dream so peacefully,
Keep dreaming instead,
It’s all in my head, oh it’s all in my head.
I wonder why you’re leaving,
I’m hoping it’s got nothing to do with me.
I’ll just sit here waiting,
For you to come (on) back to me.
I know it sounds crazy, but just hear me out.
I know it sounds crazy, but I wanna shout.
I know it sounds crazy, I know it sounds crazy.
It’s all a dream to me,
It’s all in my head,
It’s all in my head.
I dream so peacefully,
Keep dreaming instead,
It’s all in my head, oh it’s all in my head.

Lovers Lane

As I walk along this road I’ve walked before,
Something’s changed I cannot see
It’s not the pavement or the houses I’ve just passed,
It’s someting deep inside of me
I keep walking and I gaze onto the sky,
Never seen the stars so bright
Fear that if I go to sleep the magic’s gone,
Walking straight on, thru the night
Hold me, Love me, Show me how
See me, Feel me, Trust me somehow
A singing bird just told me mornings on it’s way,
Wide awake and in my bed
I dream about the way you smile and your perfume,
your name is floating through my head
Hold me, Love me, Show me how
See me, Feel me, Trust me somehow
Never alone, allways beside me

Homeless

There’s a shadow of a man,
He’s standing by the door, watchting people pass him by.
Holding out a shaking hand,
Waiting for a gift, his toothless smile is his return.
They left him and told him it’s fair,
They left him and told him it’s fair,
And this is how we show that we care.
He’s just standing in the street,
Helpless and alone, doesn’t even know his name.
He’s been drinking since he woke,
He does it everyday, to numb the pain.
We left him and told him it’s fair,
We left him and told him it’s fair,
And this is how we show that we care but we walk away.
When did this world become so cold,
You don’t need a name to have a soul.
He’s on his own now.
He is walking down the street,
His life is in his hands, but he doesn’t seem to care.
All the people call him names,
But through his thickened skin, no one comes near.
We left him and told him it’s fair,
We left him and told him it’s fair,
And all that we do is stare and walk away.
Where is the love we used to preach,
Feels like it’s gone, it’s out of reach.
Love is a thing we need to share,
Open your heart and start to care.
Fear that our love will fade away.
There’s a shadow of a man,
Standing by the door, as I ask him for his name.

I see your face,
Resemblance so uncanny,
You’re my son, you’re my blood,
You’re my world.
You’re in my arms,
I hold you close beside me,
Feel your breath, I feel your warmth, I feel your love.
All you have to take is time,
To live out your dreams and fantasies.
Put your tiny hand in mine,
And I’ll keep you safe, beside me.
You’re growing up,
I’ve got to let you wonder,
Through your room, through the world,
through your life.
You’ll fall in love,
And your hart will be broken,
As it should, for we all have to learn.
That all you have to take is time,
To live out your dreams and fantasies.
Put your tiny hand in mine,
And I’ll keep you safe, beside me.
Know that I will be around when you’re falling down.
And that I will give you space if you feel you need it.
There will allways be a place for you, here in my heart.
All you have to take is time,
To live out your dreams and fantasies.
Put your tiny hand in mine,
And I’ll keep you safe, beside me.
And I’ll keep you safe,
And I’ll keep you safe,
And I’ll keep you safe, beside me.

Circles
03:57

The world goed in circles, it allways repeats,
The only thing changing is time
We are all prisoners, chained to a clock,
And so we’re stuck waiting in line
We live in a world that is built on succes,
On business, on money, on fame
If you are homeless, you’re life is a mess
The gift that you get is our shame
Birds are circeling, over our heads,
But we never look to the sky
Nature is telling us, we’ve gone to far,
But we’d rather believe in a lie
Children are dying, everyday
People are killed for their race
Prisoners taking for the oil in their ground,
Or the symbols of gods that they praise
Birds are circeling, over our heads,
But we never look to the sky
Nature is telling us, we’ve gone to far,
But we’d rather believe in a lie
Going round again,
To set the record straight
Circles closing in,
It’s not to late, never to late
The world goes in circles it allways repeats,
The only thing changing is time
Either you’re helping in saving us all,
Or rather be part of the crimes
Birds are circeling, over our heads,
As we turn our gaze to the clouds
Nature is telling us, what to do next,
Just before times running out

As you lay here in my arms,
I realise how long it’s been
Since the moment we first met,
And all the wonders we have seen
The gentle fabric of your skin,
Reminds me of our first embrace
The favorite memory I have,
The first time that I saw your face
I could get lost in your eyes,
But you’d find me back again
There’s not a word, known to man,
That could tell you how I feel,
So I’m just playing my guitar
interlude
I could get lost in your eyes,
But you’d find me back again
There’s not a word, known to man,
That could tell you how I feel,
So I’m just playing my guitar
And now our world’s about to change,
Everything is upside down
I know you’re the one I need,
By my side right now.
I could get lost in your eyes,
But you’d find me back again
There’s not a word, known to man,
That could tell you how I feel,
So I’m just playing my guitar
